MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Ella Kate!

Originally from College Station, I’m currently attending LeTourneau University, where I’m pursuing a degree in General Business.

I’ve always loved a great churro paired with a refreshing cup of coffee, but that love really came to life during a summer trip to Colorado. That’s where I had my first churro and instantly fell in love. That moment sparked the idea for The Churro Hub: a way to share something that brings me joy with my community and everyone who stops by.
